Where the line falls, and the one thing that will never be behind it
Free on every tier, never watermarked
- The three things that make it worse, shown before any result.
- The warnings specific to the cause you appear to have.
- The recovery verdict, including when the answer is that it cannot be recovered.
- The four things the service has no way of knowing about your wash.
Someone who reads only the free tier is exactly the person most likely to go and bleach the thing. Holding the warning back to sell a subscription is not a trade we are willing to make, and stating it here is how you hold us to it.
What you are paying for
Knowing the cause solves half the problem. The other half is what to do now and in what sequence — and the four treatments contradict one another, so doing the right things in the wrong order sets the discoloration instead of lifting it.
The annotated view is the other half of that: it shows which regions the judgement was built from, so you can check the reasoning rather than take it on trust.

Billing terms
Everything about the money, on one screen
- 01What you are charged, and in what
- Every price is in US dollars (USD) and includes VAT at 20%. The figure on the card is the figure on the statement. There is no separate tax added at checkout and no currency conversion applied by us.
- 02When you are charged
- Once, immediately, when you subscribe — and then on the same date each month or each year until you cancel. You are shown the next charge date before the first charge and again in every receipt.
- 03There is no trial
- The free tier is a free tier, not a trial. It does not expire, it does not need a card, and it never turns into a paid subscription on its own. There is also no introductory rate and no promotion, so there is no later price waiting for you.
- 04How you cancel
- One button in your billing settings, at any time, with no telephone call and no retention flow. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- 05The statutory 14 days
- You have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because access starts immediately, that right ends only once you have separately agreed to immediate access, separately acknowledged the loss of the right, and we have confirmed both back to you by email.
- 06A fresh 14 days after each renewal
- We give you another 14-day window after every renewal, and send a reminder beforehand as its own email with no marketing in it. Neither is required of us today; both anticipate rules expected in spring 2027, and we describe this as voluntary early adoption rather than as a current obligation.
- 07What an allowance is
- A measure of how much of the service you may use in a period. It is not money, it is not stored value, it is not redeemable for cash and it is not transferable. It ends with the period and does not carry over.
- 08There are no packs to buy
- No top-ups, no bundles, no stored balance. If a tier's allowance is not enough for the way you use the service, the only route is the tier above.
- 09How payment is handled
- Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page over HTTPS and are processed to the PCI DSS standard. We never see or store a full card number. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
